Ryan is the Founder of Will Technology Group. He’s a technology strategist and sales management thought leader with nearly 25 years of industry and professional services experience. Will Technology Group is a premier technology distribution firm, consultancy, vCIO and tech services. Will was a Founding Partner of Converged Network Services Group. CNSG became one of the largest master agencies and consulting firms in the country and was acquired in 2019. Ryan led their growth primarily in the Southeast and South Central areas of the United States. He was instrumental in building CNSG’s cloud/data center strategy. Ryan is also the founder and President of Commonwealth Telecom Services Group, a company founded in 2008 but began operations in late 2009 in parallel with his role within CNSG. Today Commonwealth has nearly $30 million annually in client billings and has seen double digit EBITDA growth for over a decade. In October of 2022 Will became a Managing and Equity Partner with Bridgepointe Technologies. His previous work experience was spent in sales executive roles for Internap and XO Communications.
David Boughter joined Will Tech Group in late 2022 as President. David is an IT Consulting Services professional with over 35 years of experience in various C-Level roles including Owner, Founder, CEO, CSO, Division President, and IT Director/Fractional IT Director. His areas of expertise include IT development, IT consulting, professional services, and sales. David has a proven track record of success in entrepreneurial, small, and mid-sized professional services environments. Prior to joining Will Tech Group, David was the President of a Cloud Services platform startup. He was also the CEO of managed service provider companies Strategic Integration Partners and Firm Technology, managing hundreds of clients in the greater Atlanta area and throughout the southeast.
Eric Jordan joined Will Tech Group in early 2023 as Chief Technology Officer. Eric is an experienced technology executive and consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. Eric Jordan has over 34 years of experience serving the IT needs of manufacturing, banking, trading, legal, communications, transportation, and Fortune 500 clients. Erics’ primary focuses are systems integration, systems infrastructure design, performance modeling, security, metadata analysis, document management, relational databases, simulation, various host languages and scripting, tuning and optimization. Engineering background is based in architecture, implementation and operation of Data/Infrastructure, and Cloud/Compute Infrastructure, both public and private. Undergraduate education was from Georgia Institute of Technology and Georgia State University BS Mathematics.
