Mr. Frainey serves as a Managing Partner at TelEnergy Advisors where he leads the business development and quality service delivery efforts to TelEnergy’s customers worldwide. He is a seasoned telecommunications executive with 30+ years of business development and business consulting experience with leading public and private firms.
Mr. Frainey served as VP of Business Development with The Northridge Group, a management consulting firm specializing in telecom and contact center engagements where he was responsible for customer acquisition and development of customer quality assurance programs.
Previously, Mr. Frainey has held sales and leadership positions with telecom and IT companies, such as Premiere Global (PGI) for marketing automation, T-Systems (Deutsche Telekom), selling voice, data, hosting, and help desk services, and was a founding member of S3Networks (NTT), a security software provider. Mr. Frainey started his career at MCI where he was instrumental in helping to grow revenue from $1b to over $40b.
