A seasoned Executive and Tech Founder, Guy Fardone serves as Executive Chairman and Advisor to Bridgepointe Technologies. Perhaps most importantly, he helps channel partners navigate through funding and investment, operating as the Head of M&A for Bridgepointe.
With 30 years in technology leadership in channel-focused businesses and over 60 buy and sell side acquisitions of various sizes, Fardone has deep experience in industry consolidation and is uniquely positioned to help individual partners and founder-led channel businesses through their next stage of growth and investment.
A graduate of Villanova University, Fardone was a founder and CEO of Evolve IP, helping to lead the firm from initial funding and startup through exit to private equity in 2017. Previous to that, he held various positions including General Manager and COO of ATX Communications, leading it to its various exits. Fardone is also an active mentor and board advisor to various technology starts ups and emerging growths organizations.
