Customer Experience
Mr. Poling has over 36 years of telecom experience and joined Parallel Technologies in 1987, holding various operations management and sales management positions. He was named Director of Operations in 1996 and became an officer of the company in 1999. Mr. Poling has a B.A. in Business and Marketing from Franklin University, and an EMBA from The Ohio State Fisher Business College.
