Brendan Strain

As a solutions architect, Brendan leads Bridgepointe’s CX and UC Practice. He joined Bridgepointe in 2022. Before joining Bridgepointe, Brendan was the Director of UCaaS and CCaaS solutions at PlanetOne (now part of Avant Communications). Previous to that, he held various customer engineering roles at: Masergy, Avaya, and XO Communications.

A graduate of University of Utah, Brendan has developed a reputation as a thought leader with a demonstrated and successful history of working in the cloud telecommunications, IT, hardware and Service Provider space. Brendan prides himself on utilizing the best technology available to craft solutions that solve customer’s current business issues and continue to evolve and solve problems they have not yet encountered. His role enables him to understand service provider SaaS and Platforms at all levels to determine their viability for our provider portfolio.Brendan has spoken at several Avaya IAUG events, independent conferences and technology forums on everything from WLAN and RF site survey best practices and design to strategy and trends in the UCaaS/CCaaS/CX space and channel sales.
