This position will assist the Sales Operations Team, specifically focusing on helping Bridgepointe manage all IT Strategists requests, responding to Strategists’ inquiries and meeting SLAs to ensure a positive Strategist experience. This position will interact with Bridgepointe’s employees, suppliers, IT Strategists and outside vendors.

Job Description:

  • Assists IT Strategists with managing and completing all pre-sale requests, such as serviceability checks, deal registrations, quoting, generating contracts, and submitting orders to suppliers.

  • Assists IT Strategists with managing and completing post-sales requests, such as managing supplier orders, processing MACD Requests (Move, Add, Change, Upgrade, Downgrade & Disconnect) Orders, submitting billing & credit requests, Maintenance / Repair Tickets, supporting finance team on commission tickets related to Strategists orders.

  • Be a supplier generalist & supplier expert for focused suppliers, which includes supplier tools & processes, supplier pricing, products, promos, supplier generalist for other suppliers, and attend supplier meetings and trainings.

  • Operational efficiencies, including becoming a Salesforce expert in order to track all quotes/orders/escalations, Identify solutions/improvements to existing processes and tools, and documentation of all processes.

  • Adhoc projects as assigned and required.
