Ballesteros brings decades of experience leading CX technology initiatives worldwide
Bridgepointe Technologies, the nation’s leading tech advisory firm, is pleased to announce that Dave Ballesteros has joined the firm as a Partner.
With more than 30 years of experience in the technology industry, Ballesteros has held leadership roles at major technology companies such as NEC, Alcatel-Lucent, Cisco, NiCE, and Foundever, one of the world’s largest global BPOs. Most recently, he spent the past 13 years focusing on helping clients modernize their CX technology stacks and strategies.
